Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours or less: No refunds, no payment rollover. 25 hours or greater: if paid in full - half payment refunded, 2nd half may roll over for reschedule within 30 days. Retainer Fee is non-refundable. All cancellations must have two way communication without our confirmed reply of cancellation receipt a future credit or refund will not be issued.
